Phantom description

This phantom is a segmentation of a ~2 mm isotropic MPRAGE acquisition of a medium female into 9 tissue classes:

  • Air
  • CSF
  • Left teeth
  • Right teeth
  • Muscle
  • Adipose tissues
  • Bone
  • Air internal
  • Vitreous humor
  • Brain
